Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

  • Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Asia: 7–15 business days
  • Central & South America: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 15–25 business days
  • Africa: 15–30 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and do not include customs processing or clearance delays.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

If tracking updates do not appear within 5 business days after receiving your tracking number, please contact us at teamsovorio@gmail.com.

Order Cancellation

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed and therefore cannot be cancelled once submitted.

If you wish to return an item after delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Lost or Missing Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout. However, if an error was made on our part, we will replace or reship the order at no additional cost.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
